Obligatory extras
For HPYF 2024 organisation, there will be a fee of €40 per person that will go towards the organisation and our local help. This fee is normally included in the balance Invoice.

CHARTER package at €490 includes: full reduction of security deposit (0 EUR at the base), welcome package, final cleaning, 1 set of bed sheets & towels, dinghy, outboard engine & fuel for the outboard engine, gas, full water tanks, 2 sets of snorkelling equipment, 10 GB free Wi-Fi Internet per day and tourist tax

Check-out: Friday afternoon on return to the marina, disembarkation on Saturday morning by 9am
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
The client skipper must be in possession of a certificate of competence in order to charter a bareboat, including the license of authorisation to operate the radio-telephone station on the boat. If the client does not possess the said certificate, he/she must take a skipper at extra charge. The boat must be returned clean with full tanks of petrol and water on Friday afternoon in order to comply fully with the conditions of return. Disembarkation is on the final Saturday morning.

We are available on email or telephone/mobile, any time. Feel free to talk to us as we will gladly direct you to the right boat or the right team for a particular regatta. We don’t just organise the event, we are a part of it, too! We will be able to provide you with all the information you need.
Booking and payment condition:
The booking will be confirmed when first payment, 50% of the charter rate, is received. The balance is due four weeks before embarkation.
Refundable security deposit is payable with: Visa or Mastercard (American Express is not accepted)
Cancellation
Cancellation policies may vary slightly between boats, as they don’t always belong to the same charter company. When you enquire about a boat, we will send you this information as it applies to the particular boat.
